Active FMCSA Authority
Valid MC (Motor Carrier) number with common or contract authority. We verify through SAFER database before first load assignment.
Insurance Coverage
Minimum $1M auto liability and $100K cargo insurance. Current certificates required - we verify with insurance provider directly.
Safety Rating
Satisfactory or None rating (no Conditional or Unsatisfactory). Clean inspection record preferred but not required for new authorities.
Equipment Standards
Well-maintained equipment appropriate for load type. GPS tracking capability required for real-time updates and shipment monitoring.
Communication
Reliable phone contact and ability to provide status updates. Respond to agent inquiries within 2 hours during transit.

How long does carrier setup take?
Typically 24-48 hours. We verify your MC/DOT authority, insurance certificates, and safety rating. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and can start hauling our freight immediately.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment is Net-30 from delivery date. We also offer 2-day quick pay factoring at 2% of gross. All payments via ACH direct deposit - no paper checks unless requested.
Do you work with owner-operators or just fleet carriers?
Both! We work with single-truck owner-operators and large fleet carriers. All we require is active authority, proper insurance, and reliable equipment.
How do I get assigned loads?
Once setup is complete, our coordination team will call or email with available freight matching your equipment and lanes. You can also check in with us for available loads in your area.
Do you double-coordinate loads?
Never. We are a licensed freight agent working directly with shippers. All loads you haul are our direct customer shipments - no re-coordinating or load boards involved.
What if I have an issue during transit?
